A running(ahem) restoration with MoT and Tax.
Currently misfiring with exhaust fumes coming out of the oil sections so piston rings probably worn - appart will come the engine block in the next few weeks!
Bodywise it is at the point where some minor work now will prevent bad problems later - (aftermarket?) sunroof leaks, some rust on C-pillar around rear screen leaks, needs new passenger door, general care of rust around arches need attention etc etc.
Am getting there!
Bought in 2003 for £200 but had been sitting in a garage but running well and with MOT. Just stopped running one day and then sat in a garage for 4 years! Shame on me..
I now have the desire to sort out any rust for good and have this as a rolling resto project. Currently looking for a good workshop in the UK to do the work.
